 | Perhaps one of my favorite Erhu soloists has to be Shen Qi. She began playing Erhu at age six and since then has performed in many countries, including Japan and Singapore. She has recorded for Television, Movies and Theater and has been part of well known music groups. Her latest album "Soulful Strings" and other releases can be found in her official website, which states that it's her coming into her own right as a virtuoso on the Erhu. But I think she's been there long before that.

 | Hiko Suziki hails from Tokyo and has been a film actress, a brand image model, a singer and dancer in various groups and music videos, and is now in the process of realizing her first self titled album. While she enjoys writing music with an 80's feel, she is open to many other styles of music. Her songs are both full of rhythm and uplifting, many of which contain elements of rock and backing synth.
